Samuel Windsor began in 2003 as a U.K. mail-order company, producing classic shoes featuring Goodyear welted construction that combined traditional British design with premium quality Italian leather.

How will I know if my order has been received successfully?

The final page of your shopping experience will thank you for your order. We will send you an order confirmation email within a few minutes. Please double-check that all of the information on this confirmation is correct.

What are your delivery timescales and charges?

If everything you ordered is in stock, it usually takes six to seven working days for your order to arrive. Our standard delivery fee is R5.95, but we do offer an express delivery service for an additional R1.55.

How do I pay for my order online?

You can use a valid debit or credit card to pay for your order online. Switch/Mastercard/Visa/Solo/Visa Electron are all accepted. We regret that we do not accept American Express. Authorisation of your card will be taken at the point of order but money will not leave your account until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. The payment will appear on your statement.

Do we offer credit facilities?

We regret that we are unable to provide this service. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.

Do you despatch outside Africa?

Yes. Simply select your country in the shopping cart, and the delivery charge will be updated automatically. Our delivery page includes a list of delivery fees.

What do I do if I have not received my order within the stated time?

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us at 0871 911 7044 option 2 where one of our friendly operators will be happy to assist you or contact us. Calls cost 13p per minute plus the access charge levied by your phone company.

How do I cancel or alter an order made online?

To cancel or change your order after it has been confirmed, please call one of our enquiry line operators on 0871 911 7044 option 2, who will be able to change the details of your order as long as it has not yet been despatched. Can I apply multiple special offers and discounts to the items in my basket?

No, not at the moment. We can only offer one special offer discount per order. For example, if we have a promotion for two pairs of shoes for £xx and you enter a code for a further discount at the checkout, only the most recent discount will be applied.

Does Samuel Windsor have a refer-a-friend scheme?

Yes, Samuel Windsor has an online refer-a-friend program that allows both existing customers and those who are referred to earn rewards. Samuel Windsor collaborates with a company called Mention Me to bring this to you.

How do I refer to a friend?

When you place an order online, you will have the option to refer a friend through the Mention Me program. This will include a link to more information about the available reward.

Once you’ve signed up for Mention Me, you can refer a friend via email, or they can simply enter your name at the checkout.

If your referred friend then places their first order with Samuel Windsor, you will both receive rewards.

I’ve been referred by a friend and they say I just need to enter their name to get a reward. Where do I do this?

When you place an order online, you will see a voucher code box with a link labelled “Been referred by a friend?” You can access the reward by entering the name of the valid referrer here. If we have one or more customers with the same name, you must enter their email addresses to access your reward.

I’ve referred a friend, how do I know whether they’ve purchased anything and if I have received a reward?

When your friend successfully places an order with Samuel Windsor, you will be notified via email and will receive your reward.

I have sent my friend to you but I have not received my reward?

Your friend must place their first order with Samuel Windsor for you to receive your reward. You will be emailed your reward once you have completed the task.

What is the returns policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 28 days as long as it has not been worn.

Please obtain a certificate of posting and ensure your returned parcel, we cannot be held liable for losses if this is not done.

Can I exchange my items for a different size/colour?
